hooeey. i am exhausted tonight

hooeey. i am exhausted tonight and i really have no reason to be. i need to start working out again, i need more energy. it seems all this couch sitting is just wearing me out. isn’t that pathetic? but you know what.. . i had the patio door open most of tonight. just a little crack, but the fresh air feels wonderful.
