we love to make you smile

ya know, whatever you might say about Amazon.com. . . you gotta love their customer service. i sent them an e-mail asking about the new Douglas Coupland book i ordered in June, and that was supposed to be released in September– that i still haven’t got.

They apologized all over the place and said that the Item was having shipping difficulties and now. . . free shipping!

wahoo. well that’s a tentative wahoo. i think i’ll actually wahoo once i get the book in my greedy little hands.

i love douglas coupland. we grew up in the same city. if i ever find where he lives, i’m going to camp on his doorstep until he proposes marriage to me.
