me, the stuff of legend

so i got an e-mail this morning from a reporter who works at a newspaper i wrote for a lifetime ago:
I work at the L-T in the sports. It’s music fest season right now and I was talking to some newsies tonight. Your review of PR&R [paul revere and the raiders] is the stuff of legend and your Charlie Daniels (Amid a political rally about NRA, God and the flag, a Charlie Daniels concert broke out) review is still remembered as well. We decided to search the net to see if you were writing at some newspaper. Not to be nosy, but what are you doing these days?

Things I Want to Tell You

Can't stop listening to "Who Were You Were Thinking Of" by Jeff Tweedy. Sing it with me, "who were you thinking of when we were making love last night? Was it a good-looking stranger or a close friend of mine. . ." [+]

You would think that if they were getting straight As they'd know the damn difference between loose and lose. GAH! [+]

Yeah, I know there are problems with the comments timing out and giving an error message. I'm working on it. Never fear, the comment is still posting, it's just being really annoying in the process.
