i’m wasting away the day doing homework, masturbating, napping and watching almost famous. of course the playing of almost famous is making it incredibly hard to do my homework.
i’m reading through all my copywriting books again in preparation for the tone & voice meetings i’m having this weekend. after a minor temper tantrum at work a couple of weeks ago, the director of direct marketing and the internet marketing manager decided we need to set some guidelines for the web site.
i was tired of everyone asking for “friendly and conversational” and then writing friendly and conversational only to get the copy back after routing full of all sorts of businessese. so this is where it got me.
doing homework on a sunday afternoon and putting it off by watching movies and napping.
