wahoo, i got McSweeney’s 10 today. Aimee Bender, Dave Eggers, Michael Chabon, Harlan Ellison, Stephen King, Nick Hornby, Rick Moody and much, much more! i just want to go home right now and read.

Argh! Denied the tawdry tales of terifficly titanic Tennessee times, well at least until I get back from Florida. My family, immediate and extended, is decending upon Lady Lake as I type, and my immenent arrival will serve to complete the circle of those wanting to say a fond farewell to the man whom I was proud to call “Dad”.

When I get back, no doubt my eyes red and burning with the tears you save up for such an occasion like a fine wine, I want to read about your exploits, no matter whether they are “zany”, “wacky” or “erotic”… I suppose erotic could be left without the quotation marks, but I digress… Dish the dirt!

Things I Want to Tell You

Yeah, I know there are problems with the comments timing out and giving an error message. I'm working on it. Never fear, the comment is still posting, it's just being really annoying in the process.
