Yes. It would be. Please, don’t be one of those people. There is nothing more annoying than going somewhere and hearing Beethoven’s Fifth, Beethoven’s Third, Beethoven’s Nine and a Half, or any other popular, or semipopular song, being played - in tones - from someone’s purse, handbag, or wherever they carry their cellular contraption.
