validation of sorts
on the bottom of my paragraph about paul, the cucumber and graceland jeremy, my instructor, wrote Elvis is like Martha Stewart, a comforting presence & a ready source of good taste. . . great vision!.
but more importantly when he asked twoems about something from the past week she could fictionalize and she started talking about taking her dog to the dog park and said she could write about something from the dog’s point of view he screamed NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO. he talked about how he was nice last week when two people wrote from an animal’s point of view, but he wasn’t gonna be nice about it anymore. that was the best part. also when he talked about “a plotlike substance,” i liked that too.
i didn’t get to read about bra-shopping. not even because i was being a primadonna spotlight hogger, but because i think the bags under my eyes were telling him to leave me alone.
no class next week, maybe in two weeks.
