is it ever going to end?

that was by far the most dreadfully boring oscar show i’ve ever seen. it was actually painful how boring that was. maybe next year i’ll skip it.

Hmm, I didn’t find it *that* bad. Perhaps my attitude was colored by my happiness about Peter Jackson’s success.

i watched it with tivo. fast forwarded through most of the commercials, the awards i didn’t particularly care about, and all the lord of the rings: return of the king stuff. sorry, not a hobbit fan. it shortened the length of the show to less than 2 hours.

You would think that if they were getting straight As they'd know the damn difference between loose and lose. GAH! [+]

Yeah, I know there are problems with the comments timing out and giving an error message. I'm working on it. Never fear, the comment is still posting, it's just being really annoying in the process.
