today i got to take heather to her first chipotle experience ever, and caribou. it’s so sad to think of her living a life deprived by the wonderful cheapness of McMexican food and caribou chocolate coolers. why would anyone live in canada? each new thing she reveals stuns me more. i mean, i really thought canada was a civilized country but apparently i have been misled all these years. no barnes and noble, no target, no caribou, NO MILK DUDS! i mean really? why do people live there?
tomorrow, after a good night’s sleep i will introduce her to the fabulous world of super target. i hope her poor, deprived canadian heart can handle it.

yeah, but we don’t have poutine here in the states. 🙁
what in the hell is poutine?
Heya,
Been reading for a while, not sure if I’ve commented before, but I’m a fellow Twin Cityan. This question is going to sound hella weird, but where did you get the pens in your banners? I’ve been searching high and low with no luck.
Muchas gracias,
Corryn :o)

Super Target!! Jodi, no!! Start her slowly with a regular Target or Kmart, or something easier for her to mentally digest. She’s a monarch-recognizing representative-socialist! If she were to witness such a blantant display of capitalist marketing, her brain’s grasp on her socio-identity would snap and she’d return home and open a branch of Ronco!
Go to megnut.com, there’s a description of poutine, which appears to be fries, cheese curds and gravy. (the descript. is down one entry from the top)
why do people stay in Canada?
Hockey, poutine, “real” smarties, Tim Hortons to name a few 😉
“real” smarties are ok, I have fairly easy access to them, being so close to B.C…. but NO MILK DUDS?? What? I cannot even fathom. About three years ago, I also the sudden fell into a Milk Dud craze. And I’ve never recovered.
i probably should have signed that “another jodi” or West Coast Jodi or something.
Poutine: heart attack on a plate.
it’s true, mcdonalds even serves poutine up here. mmm, poutine.
