tegan and sara

here’s what i want to know. i want to know why none of you bastards told me about tegan and sara. i’m sure you knew about the utter fabulousness of these two, someone had to know and nobody told me. i had to figure it out all on my own. what other secrets are you keeping from me?

I’ve been trying to rid them from my mind - I was keeping them from you for your own good!

My ex-wife tried to get me “into” Tegan and Sara back in 2000 when they released “This Business of Art”. I couldn’t stand the stuff.

It HAS been 4.5 years now, tho…

Things I Want to Tell You

I can't seem to stop listening to The Juliana Hatfield Three album "Become What You Are." I can't decide if it's because I am feeling nostalgic or because it's really fucking good. [+]

Today is Christa's Birthday. I think she just might be my most favorite person I've never met yet. Which is saying a lot. Because I like a lot of people I haven't met yet including but not limited to: Largehearted Boy, UH, Michelle Obama, Mike Doughty, and everyone who ever appeared on Dawson's Creek. [+]

Can't stop listening to "Who Were You Were Thinking Of" by Jeff Tweedy. Sing it with me, "who were you thinking of when we were making love last night? Was it a good-looking stranger or a close friend of mine. . ." [+]

You would think that if they were getting straight As they'd know the damn difference between loose and lose. GAH! [+]
