as many of you know for a very long time Ruby’s theme song has been kenny rogers’ “ruby, don’t take your love to town.” for a brief moment in 2003, it was “ruby soho” by the band whose name i cannot remember at the moment. but now, there’s a new song in town. well, it’s not really a new song, it’s still “ruby, don’t take your love to town,” but it’s Cake’s AWESOME cover of the song. it is officially our favorite thing for the first part of today, March 28.
also, currently i am getting goosebumps from Frank Sinatra singing “One for My Baby and One for the Road” live at the Sands.
