allegedly the iBook is going to be delivered today. we still don’t have a name. lots of wonderful suggestions, i cannot deny that. it also seems that y’all have a knack for picking names that belong to various pets of people i know. . . MacKenzie, Oscar, Oliver.

so i’ve come to the conclusion that the new platform deserves a revolution in the naming convention. i’m thinking of naming the iBook after some writer. i was thinking perhaps ray (raymond carver) or douglas (douglas coupland), but i’m still open to ideas.

    Sometimes using a last name as the “first name” works…ala Johnson or Peabody, etc. personally I like..FRUNOBULAX that works for a MAC

  10. You should combine your love of the written word with your penchant for practicing and name it, “William Fuckner.”

    But then, you could never share that name with anybody, I guess :(.
