Happy superDay! Sister #4 are gonna catch an early show of the movie that makes my heart go pitter pat. I feel like I should wear a Superman reveal t-shirt or something in honor of the day, but then I thought that might be kinda dorky. Sort of like wearing a Journey t-shirt to a Journey concert. I don’t want to be that girl.
Last night I had a wonderful meeting with my writing group that really needs a name. I am so digging getting to know this group of writers. It’s awesome, they are so smart and talented. It’s like I have a giant crush on the whole lot of them. Every single one.
It’s so fun getting to know new people — learning about them, telling them about yourself. It’s funny because Hipster Mom is an avid iwilldare.com reader, and last night she learned a little bit about the iwilldare/ jodi’s real life split.
I told my writing group about the HUGE BIG DEAL that happened a couple of weeks ago. It’s not something I wrote about here, but told all my friends and family. Since I haven’t seen the writing group since the HBD happened, they didn’t know.
One of the first questions out of Hipster Mom’s mouth was “Did you write about it on your blog.”
“No,” I told her, and then explained why.
She totally understood, which was rad. But it’s interesting to teach people that lesson. A lesson that she learned instantly because she’s so smart, and that some readers of iwilldare.com will never learn. No matter how open people thing I am here on iwilldare.com, I contain multitudes and there’s lots and lots that never even gets mentioned here.
