Robin diid this a few days ago and I’ve been thinking about it ever since.
The rules:
Step 1: Get your playlist together, put it on random, and play.
Step 2: Write down the first line from the first 10 songs that play or close to it. (Okay, this is proving harder than expected considering that the first 3 or 4 songs that came up had the title in the first line)
Step 3: Post and let everyone you know guess what song the lines come from.
Step 4: Cross out the songs (or similar) when someone guesses correctly.

D. Sometimes I swear, I need a drink Drank So Much (Just Feel Stupid) by the Gear Daddies guessed by Wolfdogg, I thought this one might be tough for people not from the 10,000 lakes.
E. Here I stand head in hand, turn my face to the wall Cbo guess it correctly! Hide Your Love Away by the Beatles
F. Easy places to get away to, easy limbs languid all around you and Kathy gets the hattrick with Soundtrack to Mary by Soul Coughing
G. I’ve heard all the stories of failures and glories, I haven’t had either and Thomas came up with Don’t know how to party” by the Mighty Mighty Bosstones
H. Tell me doctor where are we going this time? Dreama said, “Back in Time” by Huey Lewis and the News (is it more embarassing to own this song, as you do, or to know the lyrics without owning it, as I do?)
J. If I waited for you to signify the moves that I should make “Gold Star for Robot Boy” by Guided By Voices another corrent Dreama guess.
P.S. Wolfdogg you can’t answer all of them, give someone else a chance.
