Literary Twin Cities
It’s going to be quite a week for booknerds in the Twin Cities Metro Area. I’m a little upset that I’m going to miss the Twin Cities Book Fesitval on Saturday. But I have Dokktoberfest with the Westernerds at Supgenius Headquarters. It’s a tough call, giving in to my Westernerd side or my Booknerd side, but then I remembered the Westernerd in me likes to get drunk, so that side won.
On Tuesday anybody who is anybody, and that means most everybody that I know is gonna be at The Loft to hear Dale & the Vodo read. I don’t think I’ve ever been so excited for a reading before. This is the book/writernerd event of the season as far as I’m concerned. Not only do I get to hear Dale & Vodo read (again) but a ton of my friends are going to reading. It will be a total blast and I doubt I’ll be able to sleep tonight because I’ll be so damn excited. The only bummer is that I won’t get to go see my imaginary bofriend Brad Zellar read Twin Cities Noir at Kieran’s that same night.

I would totally be going to the reading ‘cept my mom will be in town tomorrow.
Stupid mom.
