- Last night’s 4th Annual Chromey vs. Chromey kicked my ass. But we won, again.
- I think I should be able to take next week off of work too, since this week was totally wrecked by being sick just about every other day and having to deal with Sister #4
- I have a story due on Thursday and I haven’t even begun the re-write yet
- Boomerang is still showing The Flintstones. On Thanksgiving, I went through and Tivo’d all my favorite episodes and the one (1!) I don’t think I’ve ever seen.
- My favorite Flintstones episodes include:
- The one where Pebbles & Bamm Bamm become rockstars (incidentally don’t you think the White Stripes should cover “Open up Your Heart?”)
- The Ann Margrock episode
- The one where they go camping with Samantha from “Bewitched.”
- Any episode featuring their neighbors, the Gruesomes
- The one where Fred dreams that Pebble elopes with Arnold the paperboy
- The Boy Scout Jamboree episode
- Any episode with the Great Gazoo
- The one with Rock Roll who sings ‘the twitch’ and is allergic to pickled dodo eggs
- Spending the day in pajamas, watching Dawson’s Creek on mute and listening to Joseph Arthur’s “Nuclear Daydream” feels just about what heaven probably feels like

- The jeans I wore to the bowling alley last night are laying crumpled by the back door that leads to the garage. I took them off when I arrived home, alone, just to prove a point.
