Impossible nerdery

It’s 11:47 on a Saturday night. I am a single 35-year-old woman, watching a Paul Simon special on PBS, and I just paused it to go to the bathroom because I didn’t want to miss any of it. This is probably why I am a single 35-year-old woman watching PBS on a Saturday night.

There a lot worse things than being single, watching Paul Simon specials ya know. Enjoy your own company and you’ll never be lonely.

Um… if it makes you feel any better I watched the same special and also paused when we had to make a potty run (me and the dogs, separately). To further up my patheticness - I tivo’d BOTH versions of BonJovi unplugged - the one on CMT and the one that VH1 is airing. (they’re different! Seriously!)
