Now I have guilt
It is clear to me that I have huge guilt about the book burning. Sure I didn’t like the book, but still. . .
So this morning during my mid-morning nap I dreamt that a tornado struck my house and sucked all my books out of the house, depositing them wet and twisted around the neighborhood. I was devastated. And to add insult to injury, I lived across the hall (I had a condo of some sort in the dream) from a Barnes & Noble. The B&N employees didn’t believe that all the wet and ruined books littering their floors were mine and refused to believe that they didn’t even carry half those damn books anyway.
I’ll get you, my pretty, and your little library too!
